SMART COMMUTE LONDON LAUNCH CONTEST
Terms and Conditions

No purchase or participation fee necessary. Winners will be required to answer a skill testing question prior to claiming their prize. The City of London is conducting this contest to promote and incent sustainable travel and logging trips on the Smart Commute Tool (either the online RideShark website or mobile App). The contest begins on Monday April 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Friday May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. Entrants will have up until 11:59 PM ET on Friday June 7, 2024 to log their trips taken during the Contest Period on the Smart Commute Tool. Entrants must provide the City of London with their full name, email address, and phone number linked to their Smart Commute Tool account. Trip logs are subject to verification. The City of London is not responsible for any missed entries. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry to participate. Entrants that log their sustainable trips in the Smart Commute Tool will be entered to win one (1) of four (4) $50 gift cards. All prize draws will take place on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM ET. Winners will be notified by email.

Winners must claim their prize by appearing in person at the City of London first floor front desk (300 Dufferin Avenue, N6A 4L9). If no response is received within 30 days, with proper identification, the winner may be disqualified, and another Entrant will be randomly selected.

Please note individuals are limited to winning a maximum of 1 prize per entry period.

The personal information submitted through the RideShark website or App is collected under the legal authority of the Municipal Act, 20021, S.O. 2001, c. 25, for the purpose of administering the Smart Commute London program, including contacting you about promotions and rewards and providing you with further information about the Website or other services offered by us or which we consider may be of interest to you.
