Workplace Designation Program
The Workplace Designation program recognizes Smart Commute workplaces for their commitment to promoting and supporting sustainable travel options.
Smart Commute workplaces can qualify for one of four designation levels, determined based on the efforts to implement initiatives that promote alternatives to driving alone (such as walking, cycling, transit, carpooling and teleworking), as well as how well organizations engage commuters on a regular basis.
The designations are:
- Smart Commute Bronze Workplace
- Smart Commute Silver Workplace
- Smart Commute Gold Workplace
- Smart Commute Platinum Workplace
