Bike to Work Day

Bike Month – June 2025!

June is Bike Month. Join us for Bike to Work Day on June 4 and the month long Bike Month Contest.

The Bike to Work Day group commute is an annual tradition that brings people from across Toronto together for the largest FREE group bike ride in the city. Join the ride that lead to Nathan Phillips Square at City Hall for a community celebration (and Pancake Breakfast!).

Whether you ride every day or haven’t ridden in years, this event is for you. The Bike to Work Day group commute will be led by well trained Cycle Toronto Ride Guides to ensure riders arrive safely.

From June 1st – 30th log your cycling trips on the Smart Commute Tool for a chance to win a gift card valued at $50 from Canadian Tire, MEC, or PRESTO. Bicycle trips of any duration, distance, or destination can be logged as an entry on the Smart Commute Tool for the Bike Month Contest.

Bike Month - Bike Engagement Stations

Cycle Toronto will be holding pop-up bike engagement stations to provide people with safety checks and minor repairs for those who may not have access to a bike shop but want to get riding. We'll be able to help with things like inflating your tires, lubricating your chain, performing an ABC safety check, and anything else our teams can safely accomplish in a few minutes.

Visit CycleTO/Events for a detailed list of events.
