February is Winter Commute Month!
Smart Commute invites you to bundle up for Winter Commute Month in February! Winter Commute Month is all about embracing the season, building sustainable habits, and tracking your impact along the way.
Each trip - whether by bike, carpool, public transit, or on foot - can reduce emissions, help to ease traffic congestion, and contribute to cleaner communities.
With our easy-to-use trip-logging feature on the Smart Commute website/app, you’ll be able to log your efforts and monitor your personal stats throughout the month. Track your progress, view your carbon reduction, and watch your impact add up to real change!

How to participate:
- Log your trips on SmartCommute.ca for a chance to WIN a $50 e-gift card.
- Sustainable trips taken between February 1 to 28, 2025 are eligible, and must be logged by 11:59pm EST on Friday, March 7 to qualify for the prize draw. All types of sustainable trips count, including working from home!
- Up to two (2) commute trips per day are eligible for the contest.
- Each respective Smart Commute office reserves the right to distribute prizes, subject to change without notice.
Note: Logging a trip on SmartCommute.ca automatically enters you into the Winter Commute Month Contest and winners may choose to opt out receiving the prize.
