Workplaces in London: Become a Smart Commute London member
Businesses and organizations that become Smart Commute London members will be provided with a free
membership, including access to a customizable online platform for employees, Business Bike Rack Program,
and other supports (offer available until spring, 2026).
Benefits of becoming a Smart Commute London member include:

Programs and Services
Smart Commute London members have access to customizable supports and services to encourage sustainable work
commutes:
Trip planning tool – Employees can plan their route, log trips, and find a buddy to commute with by
carpooling, walking, cycling, and transit on SmartCommute.ca or through the Smart Commute app.
Promotional tools - campaigns, events, and educational materials to encourage employees to travel
sustainably.
Emergency Ride Home program – If an employee who uses a sustainable method to commute to work has an
unforeseen emergency, they can request reimbursement for the cost of their emergency trip home. Details to
be determined.
Workplace surveys and assessments - Employee commuting surveys and workplace site assessments can be
conducted to understand transportation habits and meet the needs of individual workplaces.
