Another thing you can do it to create a carpool playlist with your colleagues where you all add your favourite songs. This will introduce you to new music and genres you haven't heard before.

Another thing you can do is play road trip games. There are countless road trip games you can find online. These games are made to spark conversation and fun between the people in your car.

Podcasts are an extremely good way to occupy your time during a carpool ride. Listening to a podcast together will prompt conversation among your colleagues and provide a non-work-related item for you to bond over. Making a coffee stop on the way to work is a fun thing to do with your carpool group. You can get your morning fix while doing something everyone will enjoy. We recommend everyone pay for their own coffee and chip in to cover the cost of the coffee for the driver to avoid the driver feeling like they are the only one bearing the cost of the carpool ride.
