Bike Month 2022 Results
During the month of June, workplace employees and the York Region community were invited to take part and explore the many parks, trails and bike lanes available to them through a bike trip logging contest.
Participants who logged cycling trips via the SmartCommute.ca app had a chance to win e-gift card prizes.
Below are the Bike Month campaign results:
- 189 schools registered for Bike to School Week
- 453 bike pledges
- 1,517 bike trips logged on the Bike Month website
- 87 bike trips in Markham and Richmond Hill logged on the SmartCommute.ca app
