Ryan Lanyon has worked in transportation demand management since 1999 in both the non-profit sector and with municipal governments. His career began in Ottawa, focusing on cycling promotion, and grew with the City of Ottawa to cover all sustainable modes of transportation and trip reduction. Ryan has a degree in Urban Studies from Carleton University, and a certificate in Marketing from Algonquin College.

Kelly joined the Smart Commute Association after working with the City of Toronto's Transportation Services Cycling and Pedestrian Infrastructure Unit where her focus was on the development of cycling programs and campaigns across the City. Kelly is a commuter cyclist and certified CAN-BIKE Instructor.
